Privacy policy

BrickDXB is a free Dubai property data website. This page explains what information we collect when you use www.brickdxb.com, why, and the choices you have. Last updated 6 October 2026.

What we collect

No accounts. You can use BrickDXB without signing up, and we never ask for payment details.

Mortgage enquiries. If you fill in the mortgage quote form, we collect your name, mobile number, email, what the mortgage is for, whether you are a UAE resident, and anything else you choose to add (such as the property price or area).

Usage information. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, the areas, buildings and tools you open, the device and browser type, approximate location (city or country) and how you reached us, for example from a Google search or ad. Google Analytics uses cookies or similar identifiers to do this.

Advertising measurement. We advertise BrickDXB on Google. When you arrive from one of our ads, Google may record that the visit came from the ad and whether you then used the site, so we can see which ads are useful. We do not sell your information.

Server logs. Our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) may keep standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, for security and to keep the site running.

Emails. If you email us, we keep your message and email address to reply and to keep a record of our conversation.

Property data

The prices, rents and yields on BrickDXB come from Dubai Land Department open data. These records describe transactions and contracts; they do not include the names of buyers, sellers, landlords or tenants, and we do not add any.

Who we share information with

We use Google (Analytics and Ads) and Amazon Web Services (hosting) to run the site. They process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.

Mortgage partner. When you send the mortgage quote form and tick the consent box, we email your details to our mortgage partner, GCC Mortgages (gccmortgages.com), so an adviser can contact you about a mortgage, with a copy to BrickDXB so we can keep track of referrals. BrickDXB may receive a referral fee from GCC Mortgages. Once GCC Mortgages has your details, they handle them under their own privacy policy. We do not share your details with anyone else, and we do not sell them.

Your choices

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them.
• You can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• You can manage ad personalisation at My Ad Center.
• You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us.

How long we keep it

Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account and then deleted automatically. Emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. Our copy of a mortgage enquiry is kept for up to two years, so we can match completed mortgages to referral fees, and then deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

If we change how we use information, we will update this page and the date above.
